I've had the keyboard since Dec 2021. The device is not discoverable from a couple Android tablets (one of which was never paired with the keyboard before), an iPhone and a Linux workstation.

I tried the reset (holding Fn+left shift+backspace buttons down for 5 seconds).

The battery appears to be fully charged (based on the red charging light stopping after further charging. Is there a way to remove and inspect the battery?

Has this issue been reported before? Any suggestions of how to diagnose and correct the problem?
