Hello - I have a BK03 that I've used for years and love so I got the BK05 last December as well for the larger size and light up keys. Only used it twice (still used to the 03) before finally picking it up again the other day. Weird thing is now only these keys are glitching: all the numbers 1-0 are typing as "1q", "2w", "3e"... and so on. The first row of letters below are doing the same (i.e. hitting "q" gives you "1q", "w" gives you "2w" and so on). Obviously there's a pattern here (first two rows are glitching for number/letter right abve and below), but I don't know why or if it's fixable. Paying $59/60-ish for something I've only used 3 times is kind of annoying; hope it's a known issue/easy fix? And no, item has never been dropped or gotten wet; stayed stored in it's pouch when not in use. I'm not extra careful with the BK03 which works like a dream, so it'd surprise me if the BK05 is super delicate.
