BK05 - Keys stopped working

I have a BK05 Bluetooth keyboard which I have been using with my iPad. I have been very careful to use it correctly, store it properly when not using it, and not damage it.
Recently four keys have stopped working:

I tried the procedure provided in this forum for other issues… resetting the keyboard, removing all Bluetooth connections on my iPad, pairing the keyboard again. I used the testing website and those keys still do not seem to be working. I also tried this exact procedure on another of my devices and the same keys also do not work.
I’d really like to continue using my keyboard but right now that is not possible. Can you please assist? Thank you!
