I’m using a BK06 with my iPad (and a Citrix mouse).

Is there a way I can get the standard ctrl-c (copy) and ctrl-v (paste) commands to work? 

I push the CTR key plus the A (IOS) when I attach, so get the “IOS” keyboard.
