I purchased a BK10 keyboard off Amazon in August.  The plastic cover is already ripping.  I would like to purchase a replacement (or several), but cannot contact customer service or get an actual human to tell me how to do so.  I don't want to purchase an entirely new keyboard just for the plastic protector.  Please help.
