suddenly lot of keys are not working. i try below steps also

1. Please try to charge the keyboard for half an hour, when the power of the keyboard is low, the performance of the keyboard will be affected.

2. Please try the keyboard with the original input method of your device to see if the same problem occurs.

3. If possible, try connecting the keyboard to another device and see if the problem persists. This will help us determine if the problem is with the keyboard or the device.
