When I press one of the navigation keys, I never know what they'll do. They do nothing or do the opposite (up is down, down is up, etc.) Page down may work once or twice before going weird. I've run through suggested fixes for Chrome up to and including uninstall/reinstall. Everything works correctly in all other apps, including Edge.

Device Manager shows the latest updates for BK10 (actually for Bluetooth). I haven't uninstalled the keyboard because I'm afraid to. You know how it is.
