Got bk05 today, hooked up right away to my new ipad air. Left for awhile, when I came back, was not able to hook up after 40 attempts now. It will pair with my iphone 8 right away, works great. Any easy fix, I sent the company an email, wait 24 hrs, that is a bad way to provide “support”. Should have chat and phone line.
