I have had an IC-GK03 keyboard and mouse for some time and have been very happy but last week the wireless dongle stopped working. There is no possibility to replace the iclever dongle so I purchased a logitech 2.4GHz unifying receiver. My computer now recognises the receiver but i cannot get my keyboard or mouse to pair. i have followed the instructions in the user manual to use Esc + Q but this does not work either
