Hello, the BK10 bluetooth keyboard has been absolutely lovely. I have owned it for 18+ months now, and recently, it has begun showing a peculiar problem.

The 'Tab' key works as expected. The 'Alt' key works as expected. However, 'Alt+Tab' does not. Similarly, 'R', 'T', 'G' keys work as expected, but 'Alt+R', 'Alt+T', 'Alt+G' do not. However, 'Alt+Q', 'Alt+`' and many other key combinations work correctly. The problem occurs for both alt keys, across all of Windows, Linux, and Android.

I wonder if there is any official support to fix this problem. Alternatively, are there any instructions on how to open this product on our end without damaging it?
