hi, I have a problem with the GK03 keyboard. 

at first it seemed that a button remained pressed, then with the re-pair procedure (ESC+Q) the problem of the button always being pressed was removed. 

however now instead of Z it now writes gheck characters and when I press B or V it writes BV together, while if I press N or M it writes MN together. 

I did a test on the test-key.ru online sites and it seems like the ALT GR key is always pressed.

i tried the reset procedure FN+Leftshift+backspace but it doesn't seem to reset anything. 

the computer is set in Italian language. 

can you help me? 

The warranty has expired one month ago.
