The IC-BK06 paired reliably and regularly, until all of sudden, it no longer paired.  It is fully charged, I've already shut down and restarted computer [DELL XP13].  The blue light when pressing pairing channels only flashes once, and I believe it used to flash repeatedly.  

The computer either does not find it, or, when it finds iclever will not pair.
