The control, alt, delete combination on the keyboard isn't working for some reason. All alt and control functions work, and the delete key is working as expected, but for some reason, the combination isn't working. I need this to log into my laptop (this is a work laptop and the settings can't be changed).

I have tried forgetting the device and reconnecting, as well as resetting the device and the problem persists.

Any help would be appreciated
