Today my BK10 just decided that the top number row -- with the exception of 5 and 6 -- would stop working. I want to stress this is not the number pad on the right side. It is not an issue with the num lock key. This is the top row of numbers above the letters. The one I need access to to type exclamation points or dollar signs number sign, etc. I did a factor reset, but that didn't fix it. Is this a hardware failure or did I turn on some setting on accident -- my cat was standing on my keyboard right before I noticed this problem.
