Hi. My keyboard keeps glitching and skipping letters randomly for no reason. Even after I charge it up completely. I've tried disconnecting it from my laptop, making my laptop forget the keyboard altogether, trying BT1, 2, and 3, but it only lasts maybe 30-40 minutes before going back to skipping letters.
