I just purchased an IC-BK10.

It is connecting to my android phone, but not connecting at all to my PC (running on windows 11 pro).

The PC is unable to find the keyboard.

I tried to reset bluetooth pressing FN+ left SHIFT+ BACKSPACE as seen on other topics, but the procedure doesn't even start (bluetooth lights not blinking or turning on).
