Hi, I recently bought this beautiful keyboard. But I have a problem, after 4-5 times that I turn on from freeze my windows 11 notebook,I press a key on the ic-bk10, it turns on with the blue light, it is correctly connected, but if I press any keys on the keyboard nothing happens. The strange thing is that the fn keys all work, so if I press F1 the brightness goes down, if i press F10 the volume up it works, and so on. But if I press the normal keys like as a, b, c, .. these don't. I have already tried to update the latest bt drivers via intel auto update. I turned the keyboard off and on againI disconnected the keyboard and reconnected to the second bt channel, I tried the fn+left shift + back space keys to reset, but nothing. The only way to fix it is to restart windows.
Any idea how to resolve this issue without a windows restart?Thanks
