my keyboard has suddenly stopped working. 2.4G connectivity indicator is blinking but its not connecting properly with the device. keys for only few letters are working. not able to use any of the bluetooth mode. its not entering into bluetooth mode at all. tried with different laptops as well. also charged the keyboard for 2 hours and also tried reconnecting adaptor/ restarting both laptop and keyboard. nothing is working.
