I am using the keyboard after a while, now I am facing few issues. Backspace / Delete key pressing automatically and deletes the content. I lost some outlook emails, which is not even available in deleted items. I made sure there is no dust and keys are not stuck/locked, looks like some software issue. Please assist me.
