 Hello iClever Support, 

 I am facing a serious issue with my iClever IC-GK08 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo and would appreciate both troubleshooting assistance and information about the warranty claim process for customers in India. 

 Product Information: - Model: IC-GK08 

- Purchased from: Amazon India 

- Order Date: 22 September 2025 

- Warranty Status: Active (valid until 21 September 2026) 

 Problem Description: The keyboard has suddenly started typing incorrect characters and symbols instead of normal letters. 

 Examples: 

- Random symbols such as § and ß appear unexpectedly. 

- Normal words become corrupted while typing. 

- Some letters are replaced by symbols or numbers. 

- At times the keyboard becomes almost unusable for normal typing. 

 I tested the keyboard using online keyboard testing tools and noticed that multiple keys appear to be detected as pressed even when I am not touching them. Connection Method: 

- Using the included 2.4GHz USB receiver (not Bluetooth). 

 Troubleshooting Already Attempted: 

- Reconnected the USB receiver. 

- Restarted the computer. 

- Tested different keyboard modes. 

- Followed the reset instructions from the manual. 

- Checked keyboard settings on macOS. 

- Tested using online keyboard diagnostic tools.

 - Fully charged the keyboard. 

 Unfortunately, the problem still persists. 

 Questions: 

 1. Is this a known issue with the IC-GK08? 

2. Could this be caused by a hardware fault, stuck modifier key, firmware issue, or USB receiver issue? 

3. Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try before requesting a replacement? 

4. Does the IC-GK08 support any firmware update or advanced reset procedure? 

5. How can I confirm whether the problem is with the keyboard hardware or the USB receiver?
