IClever BK-10 Bluetooth Indicator Not Staying On After Connection

Hi IClever Support,
I have two IClever BK-10 keyboards—one for my office and one for home. The office keyboard works perfectly, but the home keyboard is not showing the active Bluetooth channel indicator.
It connects successfully to all my laptops, and all keys are responsive, so the functionality is fine. However, the blue indicator light does not stay on after connecting. The indicators do work when I power on the keyboard—all three Bluetooth indicators briefly light up. Also, when I press and hold a Bluetooth connection button, the indicator blinks as expected. But once the keyboard connects to a device, the light does not light up, unlike my office keyboard, which keeps the active Bluetooth indicator lit.
I use the same laptops both at home and in the office, so this is not a laptop-related issue. I also tried resetting the keyboard by pressing Fn + Left Shift + Backspace for 5 seconds, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
Could you please advise on how to fix this?
