We're doing a kitchen and bathroom remodel and our electrician keeps delaying because he says he's waiting on the plumber to finish, but the plumber says he's waiting on the electrician. It's a chicken and egg situation and I'm stuck in the middle. I hired an electrical contractor for kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Palo Alto because I thought they'd handle coordination, but apparently not. Now the cabinets are sitting in the garage and the tile guy is getting antsy. Is this just how remodels go or did I pick the wrong person? How do you get trades to actually talk to each other? Any tips would be appreciated because I'm losing my mind.
