After fully charging my Jump Starter model#IC-JB21R to 100% I recheck the charge after disconnecting the charging power cord and it goes down to 2% immediately.  Doesn't hold  the charge anymore.  I have had it for about five years now but have only used it about six or seven times.  Does this mean the unit has gone bad?
