This was Purchased from Amazon India on 30/01/2023; Mouse and Keyboard was working just fine until recently, the issue I am facing is that when the computer goes on standby or sleep mode after waking up the system neither the mouse or the keyboard works, I have to re insert the USB receiver multiple times and then it works. The keyboard and mouse works fine over blue tooth connection but the USB receiver is not working properly. I have tried all the trouble shooting techniques but nothing seems to be working. please advise how to proceed.
