Hello,

I have a IC-GK08 wireless Keyboard and Mouse. This was a passed down from a friend who recently relocated. I know this is a pretty new product as I also have the box for it.

Many keys on the Keyboard are not working. All the alphabets are working but numbers and symbols like 5, 6, +, -, _, = etc are not working.

Also control “Ctrl” key at left bottom not working."Delete", "Home", "PgUp" not working.

Could you please provide replacement for these products.
