I've just bought an MD172 mouse. I'm able to use it in my laptop (Windows 10) either with wireless conection or bluetooth but, when I connect the dongle to my desktop (Windows 11) it won't work. The mouse is recognized (it is identified in the devices), the drivers are updated, but the mouse pointer just doesn't move.

I've disconnected and reconnected in different ports, removed all other wireless devices, reconnected the mouse (pressing the weel and the right button, as I saw in another post, for another mouse model), but it just won't work.

Any ideas?
