HI, 

I am using Keyboard & Mouse Combo.. while the keyboard is working fine, the mouse started to move slow.  The scroll , right and left click buttons are working fine. there is no dirt and it is kept on a wooden plate where it was working fine. The batteries are changed , but the issue persists..   Can someone help here.. 

Not sure about the DPI button on the mouse. 

Note: Key board is working fine..
