Hello,

I love this product however, just recently I noticed that I can no longer use the quickactions on the F1-F12 keys. Mainly I use the volume up, volume down, and mute buttons but now it is behaving like I am using F11, F12, and F10 respectively. I didn't change any settings that I am aware of and have disconnected/re-paired the Bluetooth connection. 

I am using it on Windows 10.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
