I just received my GK03 keyboard and mouse, and can't figure out this issue.  I use ctrl +shortcuts a lot, for instance to copy and paste.  However, I can only seem to use that shortcut on certain platforms now.  I am able to use it in Word, but not in browser or other windows.  Please help!  I don't only use copy and paste shortcuts on Word, I need it to work everywhere. What am I missing?
