Good morning, 

I am having problems with my KB08 keyboard. The keys 1,2,A,S,D, and Z are not responsive.

I have tried the key tester as well as changing it and pairing it with other devices. The problem persists.

May I please ask help with this. I am mainly using it for my iPad and iPhones and it gets difficult typing documents.

Please help.
