I've had the iclever TM231 for about a year now, then suddenly the scroll wheel started acting "weird." 

If I try to scroll down it will suddenly decide to scroll up, then down again and so on... frankly, it's frustrating!

I'm using a Mac running High Sierra... i've tried Apple's system preferences, cleaning the mouse pad surface, cleaning the mouse using air duster.

Is there something I'm missing?
