Hello, everyone.

I just received my iClever IC-BK20 keyboard today. When I first tried to turn it on, I noticed the battery was dead, so I connected it to a compatible charger (USB-C, 5V). After a short while, I was able to turn it on and used it for about two hours.

After using it, I unplugged it from the charger (the LED indicated a full charge – green) and stored it away. However, now I’m facing the following issue:

- When I switch it on, there’s no indication of power, not even from the charging LED.

- Pressing any key, including the pairing buttons, does nothing.

- When I connect the charger, the LED turns red, indicating charging. After about two hours, it turns green.

- After unplugging the charger, the keyboard remains unresponsive and isn’t detected by Bluetooth on any device.

- When I reconnect the charger, the LED turns red again, as if it's charging from zero.

It seems like the keyboard is completely off or has some electrical issue. Are there any suggestions on how to fix it? Otherwise, I’ll have to request a return.
