iClever keyboard. Windows HID stopped working

Product: iClever IC-BK10 keyboard.
Issue: Last week this was working fine on my Samsung PC (Windows 11 Home), now, despite trying several times, I cannot get it to work. Initially it will be recognised by the Blutooth receiver and then after about three seconds, it states that it is not connected:
The keyboard does connect to another Windows computer with no problems at all.
On investigating the Device Manager app in Windows, this appears:
