Hi,`ì bought DK05 keyboard and mouse Bluetooth last month

the keyboard isn't responding and i discovered that it keeps spamming @ on mac (even on other cimputer windows) (

i tried to look under the key keyboard but nothing is blocking the key

i tried to switch on off several time but not working 

i tried fn + w to change bluetooth pairing but not working too 

can you help me
